Majeed Badizadegan is a professional landscape and portrait photographer residing in Corvallis, OR. On any given day you might catch him with his camera knee deep in raging rapids, getting pummeled by large waves on the ocean shore, or scrambling along rocky cliffs. The adventure is what keeps him going, and the reward is the photograph. Majeed leads workshops around the Pacific Northwest. He has worked with students from widely varying backgrounds and skill levels to improve their knowledge and craft. He has a constant drive to see, experience, and share the beauty of this world. As much as he loves being behind a camera, he also thoroughly enjoys digital darkroom techniques to enhance his images. His photos often present an idealized version of reality. The art and science of photography is a constant fixation for Majeed. Majeed is married with two daughters and works in the recreational sports department at Oregon State University.
